I purchased the collection of a man whose obsession seemed to be to acquire every book written on World War 2, including some written in German, Japanese, French, and Italian. He also seemed to buy the ones in the best condition that he could find. He did not have an inventory of his books and I don't have the time to make one.
Thank you for viewing this amazing lot of 93 different Maru Special books, full of photos of a wide variety of Japanese naval vessels. They are in pre-owned, but very good or better, odor-free condition. A few (examples shown) have the subject's English translation handwritten in the upper right corner of the English cover side. The biggest flaw is a small tear in the upper left front cover of #15 as shown in my photos. All of the captions and text inside is in Japanese. This unique lot ncludes Volumes 1-37; 39-49; 51-56; 77; 92-109; 111-130.
In other words, the missing volumes are 38, 50, 57-76, 78-91, and 110 (37 volumes). I also have duplicates of many volumes available for individual sale.
