Felix is a rather sneaky looking green frog – he measures about 13 inches across when you stretch his back legs out (which he wasn’t too pleased at me doing…)

Used, but is good clean condition.  His eyes seem to have yellowed a little.

Payment Terms

Please make payment within 7 days of winning the item otherwise I may report as an unpaid item. (But please contact me if there is a problem.)

Postage Terms

Items will normally be despatched to you on the next working day after your payment has cleared.  If there are any delays from me, I will let you know. I’m afraid I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, but I will always get a proof of postage.

Local Pick-up

Item is in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.  Payment through eBay prior to collection. Winning bidder to contact me after payment and within 7 days of auction ending to arrange collection at a mutually convenient time. If there is no contact within 7 days the item will be re-listed & non-payment may be reported.

Returns Policy

I will accept returns if you genuinely feel that the item is not as I have described and you are not happy with it.  Please return it, post-paid, in the same condition you received it, and I will refund, in full, the amount you paid for the item.  I'm sorry but I can't refund any of the postage you paid originally, or what you have to pay to return it to me. Please get in touch with me first if you feel you need to return the item.
