This is an unusual monocle presented in a wood and leather box.
The magnifying lens measures 4 cm in diameter.
The lens is hooked onto a small ling in the box and rests on a lack felt pad.
We think it dates ffrom the early part of the 20th century.
The monocle is in good condition while the box show signs of its age and use.
