I am the sole owner of it and I haven't used it all that much.  Maybe one call a day and limited texting to a couple of people.    It is a gorgeous aqua-blue color on the back with less than normal amount of scratches.  The screen shows very minor wear - as it has had a screen protector on most of the time.  The scratches do not show once the phone has turned on.  

It has all the latest updates, was used on a Verizon network, and will be set back to factory settings.
