In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives in a damaged state please ensure that you take a photograph of it BEFORE you open it and then photograph any items that are damaged within the parcel ? then forward the photos to me so that we can agree on how to proceed. This said, I have only been made aware of one damaged parcel out of all those sent, and this was several years ago.
