MEGARARE and HARD-TO-FIND PROMOTIONAL
“VEA” FLEXI DISC very first Stereo press released and distributed exclusively in
Chile in 1980, under permission of EMI Odeon Chilena S.A., made in Germany, without
catalog or matrix numbers, with black/orange VEA labels. Yes, Sirs, ANOTHER
FIND from Chile!!! Amazing rarity for all lovers, fans and collectors of Spanish
singers Julio Iglesias and/or Miguel Bosé, an EXCLUSIVE PROMOTIONAL FLEXI DISC
ONLY RELEASED IN CHILE!!!
The first to say about this
Flexi Disc is that it was given with a popular Chilean magazine, VEA, it was
never sold alone, you bought the magazine and the Flexi Disc was included. In
this case the Flexi Disc included 2 songs by Julio Iglesias and 2 songs by
Miguel Bosé for promotion of their new albums. The songs are not complete and
they are tied with an introduction and the thanks to the auspice of companies “Magefesa”
in the case of Julio Iglesias and “Watt’s” in the case of Miguel Bosé at the
end. This Flexi Disc plays in 33 1/3 RPM and as you can see in labels the songs
and all the credits are informed. So, here you have the chance to own this
UNIQUE PROMOTIONAL FLEXI DISC ONLY RELEASED IN CHILE!!! WOW!!! A MUST TO HAVE for
all lovers, fans and collectors of Spanish singers Julio Iglesias and/or Miguel
Bosé!!!
This record doesn’t have a cover and the
original magazine, VEA, isn’t included. The record is in VG+ or even EX-
condition both sides, glossy and clean, with many scuffs and some soft
hairlines, which don’t affect play. Labels on both sides are in great EX+ or NM-
condition, clean and clear, with minimal wear because the labels are printed in
the plastic. The sound is in strong VG- or even VG condition both sides, loud,
clear and clean, with a light background noise (surface noise is normal in
records from Chile) and soft constant crackles, not bad to be a Flexi Disc, which
don’t really cause major distraction from the experience to listen and enjoy
this UNIQUE record from the beginning to the end. Overall, this is a great
record in this MEGARARE PRESS only released here in Chile, for sure not for
Minty minds or audiophiles, but still with a very decent and respectable sound
quality after about 44 years, which shouldn’t disappoint anyone and should
satisfy any serious collector who knows the real level of rarity of this UNIQUE
PROMOTIONAL FLEXI DISC!!! And don’t forget this EP was RELEASED ONLY IN CHILE
and was NEVER SOLD, it was included in magazine VEA, only released here in
Chile!!! Yes, Sirs, what a FIND!!! Click on the pictures to enlarge and see the labels
and cover in detail. WOW!!!

best regards from Chile ______________________________________ We don’t use the generic
“VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or
“NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a
normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading
System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed
records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate
description. MINT (M): I only use this
grade for Sealed records. NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like
new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only
some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the
sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or
poster are in like perfect condition. BAD (B): The record
is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a
collection-filler. PAYMENT Payment must be received within the first 5 (five) days after the auction is ended SHIPPING (Packing
and Postage) We have an unique value worldwide: GBP18 for weight until 0,5kg (usually 1 or 2
records 12" depending on thickness of the vinyl/sleeve) GBP25 for weight 0,5-1kg (usually 2 to 5
records 12" depending on thickness of the vinyl/sleeve) GBP12 for one 7” record All records will be packed outside of the
sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking
number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services. SHIPPING COST
ISN’T “4” – WAIT FOR MY INVOICE FEEDBACK We don’t have anything to hide and we know the
buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most
of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first. But we know
that’s not fair for buyers. So, we leave feedback immediately after to
receive the payment, because we understand that’s the part that buyers must
receive feedback for. And we expect to receive positive feedback from buyers
who receive the records immediately after they have got the records. IMPORTANT TO READ
