1875 Seated Liberty Silver Half Dollar 50c —Counterstamped “CASWELL”?

Low grade half. Counterstamp reads “CASWELL” with “ELL” somewhat faded. Two letters before that aren’t clearly legible. Could be “JK” or “AI” reversed. See pictures.
