Looks like it is glazed cobalt over crackleware.
This is not just a regular porcelain Teapot, this is a piece of art.
It is rare and unique with dark cobalt background and exclusively decorated with a gold leaves.
Signed at the bottom and I'll appreciate any information's as to who the artist is and the age of this teapot.
