Lot of Staplers and Boxes Partially Full of Staples

Lot includes the following staplers:

Arrow T-50 Stapler

Swingline 800 Heavy Duty Tacker

Both staplers work but they jam up sometimes.  The springs inside show some deformation.  See photo 9.

The boxes of staples contain various amounts.  Some nearly full while others only have a few clips.
