This skirt has an elasticized waist for great fit and comfort. It has a black ribbon with bow on the front of the skirt above the hem. The back only has the black ribbons but no bows. It also has a tulle trim on the inside of the skirt to make it puffy. It is a satin layer material to give comfort from the tulle material. It also has a diaper cover-up.
