Free Performance
The EWI5000 is equipped with a 2.4GHz wireless function, enabling wireless transmission of the EWI5000's sound to the included receiver. This enables free and dynamic performance unencumbered by cables. Stereo wireless audio is supported, and a receiver is included, allowing you to enjoy the freedom of performance on stage and in the studio. Of course, in addition to audio output and headphone jacks, it also features a USB port and 5-pin MIDI output jack. It can be connected to a wide variety of devices. In addition, a rechargeable battery that can be recharged via USB is built in.
Six fingering modes
The same fingering as that of the recorder, with which everyone is familiar, makes it easy for beginners to start playing. Precautions for electronic instruments that use a power supply

The voltage in Japan is 100 V, it is different from most of other countries, you need confirm the voltage of your country and in some cases you have to get locally an adaptor for converting the voltage before use it in your country.

Please be patient while we do inter-company transfers on your items. Once the item arrives here, we will check it over one more time before shipping it out. For international shipment we use EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by the International Postal Service or DHL. EMS and DHL are safe, fast (approx. 4 to 14 days worldwide), and fully insured. If you have a preferred choice of courier (which you have your own account for) and would like to use that courier, you may talk to one of our International Sales Agent directly.Please note that we do not ship our merchandises by vessels at sea, only by air. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. In the case that the buyer neglects to pay import duty and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund upon arrival however the original shipping cost, PayPal fees, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

Return Policy

In general we do not accept returns unless in the following exceptional circumstances:


  • Transport damage: Damage caused during shipping. Please check for any damages to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any damages, report it to the shipping company immediately.

  • You received the wrong item: You received a different item than what you ordered.we would of It is extremely rare that we send the wrong item but in case it happens, course take it back.

    • In the case of any of these reasons, please email our staff within 24 hours and make the subject of your email "Return request". Please be as specific with the details as possible.
    Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.

    A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods, or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.

    Please note! We do not accept returns for any other reasons. This means that you can not return an item simply for not being satisfied with what you purchased and we therefore suggest you to do enough research about the specific model prior to ordering.We will gladly provide our expertise beforehand to make your decision easier. We always check every item before shipping out in order to confirm instruments are in perfect working condition. If you have any problems with an instrument once it arrives please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

    Please do not return any merchandise without first having gotten an RMA from us.
