This single push panic button comes with keyring/lanyard, watch or surface mount.  The surface mount is useful for mounting near the front door or in the bedroom. 

Compatible with Galaxy alarm panels fitted with C079 variant of RF portal.

Can be used along with the SelfMon VMOD module fitted to your Galaxy panel (along with RF portal and home-assistant) to perform non-panic functions like trigger outputs to open the garage door Etc.
