This is a 10" tall metal doll size buggy. It has rubber tires with a red oil cloth folding hood. It is over all good condition except a little  rust shown in a picture. It works well and is great display for that special doll. The original label is on the bottom. Red is the company and it is MADE IN FRANCE. Near perfect and very clean!
