Raw unprepped Darth vader ANH full armour set chest shoulders shins adult full size

 chest is 20 x 11 x 7 inches overall dimensions with shoulders 28 inches across.

Each shin measures 19 x 6 x 4 inches

chest and shoulders weigh 1.8 kgs

The shins are  made of fibreglass resin and fibreglass strand each shin weighs around 0.5 kgs

excess fibreglass needs to be removed before finishing...nothing major...

The resin this is made of will accept any paint type,but i recommend to give the armour set a wash with either white spirit or warm soapy water.also to help the paint adhere better to the surface the use of 240 grit sandpaper is advised but not essential depending on how you want the finish to look.

The shins and chest will need sanding on the edges to remove excess resin and fibreglass from the moulding process but nothing major prior to painting.

The last 2 photos show the armour fully finished.
