Marked 750 and a star and 212 MI; the Internet seems to believe that is the registry number of LA NAZIONALE Fabbrico Catene d'Oro e Affini di TREZZI OSVALDO, which Google translates as "I manufacture gold chains and related products by Trezzi Osvaldo". The registry information came from the site "silvercollection"

The shipping time varies for international buyers; for American buyers I should have it in the mail a few days after I get paid.
