I’m selling my work / camper due to the arrival of my first child. I need to get something a bit more practical for family life. The Van is in great condition, mechanically and functionally. 

I designed the van to have lots of storage which I use for my work kit. It has a large heavy duty full extension draw which can take over 100kg, with two smaller extendable draws to the side. On top of the garage unit is an extendable bed with mattress. It has done me and my partner many weekend trips and festivals. The format and function of the van is designed to be practical more than comfortable. There is a brand new 80L Dometic fridge which is fantastic. There is a kitchen unit against the mid bulk head of the van. It has a 40L water tank with electric pump and 2 gas burner hob. The Kitchen unit extends out the side door so you can cook outside on nice days (see picture)

The van also comes with a Canopy and Steel large canopy which slides into the C bar for providing cover and a larger outside area. There is a top of the range Renongy Solar panel split charging and high end leisure battery and inverter for 230v charging. I had a tinted side window fitted professionally to allow for airflow but keeps the van private if stealth camping. The van has been lined and insulted (the ceiling roof needs completing.) This has been a great Van for whilst I’ve been working away and want to go hiking or cycling for an extra couple days. 

The Van is fitted with dead-locks on the back and side door, with armoured plates also. 

The Van will soon need some parts and labour, disc breaks, bump stops. I've priced this into the price. This Van to date has not broken down or had any mechanical issues.
