The top is in used condition. This top is asymmetric (longer at the back) and has a double necklace attached on the neckline with two pearls. Please check measurements below.

Armpit to Armpit: 17.5 inches approx
Shoulder to bottom hem: 22 inches approx at the front and 25.5 inches approx at the back
