It the towing package. The tires are in very new condition. The 4WD is in good working condition. There is some paint peeling on the hood. The right rear wheel well has a dent that also broke the black trim. The bed has some paint missing. The driver's seat could be reupholstered and both seats have seat covers. I'm adding pictures of these blemishes and a screenshot of the parts I've replaced and how much it cost. I have at least $5k and countless hours invested, plus 415 photos of everything thats been done. I have pink slip in hand and it is listed as non-operational.
