Please consider that shipping costs are typically much more expensive than many of us realize. I ship only to the US, unless you purchased through the Global Shipping Program. However, California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must add $2.00 to shipping to cover surplus fees for shipping. This must be received before I can ship.
Whenever possible, I will gladly combine shipping costs.
