You are looking at a vintage pair of split toe Nike bowling shoes, circa 1984.  The Nike model number is 830709SN, and these are a men's size 12.

These of course are in pre-owned condition so they will show signs of normal wear and age.  They have been used, but not abused.  The lining and inside of the heel are still in very nice condition and the exterior of the shoes show some wear but considering their age, they still look pretty nice.
