This unit was designed for legendary bassist Joe Osborne, whose name is included in the credits of over 1,000 songs by artists such as the Carpenters, Simon & Garfunkel, Carole King, and Neil Young.
Based on the specs of an early 60's vintage JB with an alder body, bird's eye maple fingerboard, and stacked knobs, it uses an original bridge that supports both back and front connections, and solid straight-grained maple. , a neck finished with a satin finish that ensures high playability and strength, aiming to achieve both the vintage sound that many players seek, durability that can withstand hard play, and ease of use. There are paint cracks near the joints, small scratches near the neck volume, and slight dullness of metal parts. The truss rod has plenty of room and the neck condition is good.
