Restored to a copy of Windows 98SE property of UNC. License key sticker attached to laptop.
Except for dead batteries, everything works fine but I wasn't able to get network driver installed properly.
Upgraded HDD with a Samsung 120GB 5400RPM IDE drive(older parted tool needed to show full size).

Battery doesn't hold a charge, will include with sale anyway.
Small chipped plastic piece around HDD enclosure on the inside, not apparent and doesn't affect function.
CMOS battery dead, will need to set date and time.
Although I tried to mention and take pictures of this laptop imperfections, please keep in mind this is a 20+ years old laptop, albeit in good shape for age, and don't hesitate to ask me any question.
