This is a sweet but TLC early Vogue Ginny Strung (non-walker) Doll with Blonde Mohair, Painted Lashes and Root Beer Brown Eyes. This doll is marked Vogue Doll on the back. We believe he is a boy Ginny doll. He is noted as TLC because there are several scratches all over the facial area (forehead, eye area, sides of face) that we tried so hard to show you in several photos. We do not know what made the marks all over his face but scratches are definitely there. In addition, there are dark marks on the back sides of his upper legs (photos 10+17). His mohair is nice but a little thin in some areas. His eyes remain open and sometimes need a hard tap on his feet to fully open. He can stand well and can arrange his arms too. His body, arms and legs have some marks, discoloration and rubs.
Ginny is wearing a Rainy Day Talon Zipper Jacket and Hat with added dark Brown unmarked shoes. The Jacket has a Vogue Medford tag on the inside. Zipper works well and jacket is nice but there are some light marks or rubs all over and there is pulling to the shoulder seam area (photo 14). He wears an added pair of underpants not original to outfit but fit good. They are in good condition with some pulling around waist area. The Black Hat is in good condition with some light bends in it, an added black chin strap that no longer has the metal brackets on the ends. Dark brown unmarked heel shoes are in good condition with some rubs or marks on them. This TLC doll is such an eye catcher that captures your heart!
