Nice collectible figurine. The imperfections are minor or minimal in my opinion but for your review, describe below are flaws due to wear and age.

The snow globe if shaken leaks a little bit of water because the it’s not perfectly secure/tight inside the base due to the glue being worn from age. If desired, the globe may just need a bit of glue to make it tighter to the base. There are also minor scuffs on the bisque. See photos for closeups and more details.
