This is a full mounting kit for 90-91 E30s that may be missing their under dash panels and brackets on the drivers side under the steering column.

Included is the upper pad, lower panel, knee protector bracket, and the bracket the knee protector bolts to that mounts under the center console.

The 3 screws for the upper pad are included, as well as the knee protector bracket hardware.

Fitment: 90-91 E30s equipped with airbags only.
