Japan companies of Lefton and SR. I have collected these for years. The Amethyst angel has a repair on one wing that is very well done (see photo). 

 I cannot find any chips or cracks on the smaller angel.   Lefton is 3 3/4" tall.  Amethyst February Angel 4" tall.
