Item Condition

All item descriptions are after the terms/conditions under the sections APPLICATION, MOUNTING AREA and APPEARANCE. Item condition is rated according to the Rating System I use in all my listings and the description of each rating is available in every auction.

All items are sold in AS IS condition. There are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as items are in used condition unless otherwise stated. All sales are final.

Payments

All payments are to be made thru eBay’s checkout system unless the item is being picked up locally in which case the payment is to be made in cash upon pickup. NOTE : Arrangements for a local pick up must be made BEFORE bidding on the item.

Shipping

There is a 10 Business Day handling time on all purchases. That’s 14 calendar days not including any federal holidays. Your package should arrive on or before the date eBay estimated.

Please make sure your shipping address listed with eBay is correct and up to date. I will only ship to the address on file at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS ONLY : I will NOT alter customs declarations to reflect lower item prices as the package can only be insured for the price on the customs forms.

Condition : This emblem is in beautiful new old stock condition. The emblem is bright and shiny with minimal if any shelf wear for its age. All mounting studs are intact and unthreaded. This is a 2 year emblem. This is for 1 "88" emblem, for one side of the car. Original box fell apart. Difficult to find any in good used condition, this one is new old stock.
