This is a very rare variant of the typical amber Wheeling straight sided Coke bottle. There is one that just features "Coca-Cola // Bottling // Company" on one side, this one has it on both sides. In fact, the heel embossing is the same on both sides as well. Whether this was intentional or an error is unknown. Please see the images and let me know if you have any questions!
