is is a 9ct yellow gold natural sapphire, ruby and diamond three stone twist ring in a size O, US 7 1/4. The sapphire measures around 5 x 3mm and the rubies each measure approximately 4 x 3mm. There are also 6 x 1mm diamonds, 3 on each shoulder. The total head size is around 9 x 6mm and the band is around 2mm in width at the back. It is in good overall condition and it weighs around 1.8g. It is fully hallmarked as pictured along with 'DIA' for the diamonds. It will be sent in a box but not the one pictured. Please study the pictures carefully as these form part of the description.
