Canada booklet BK 88 showing a semi consistant variety (according to Kasmir Bileski)  The original Bileski note you see in the scan will be sold with the variety.  The 5 cent brown stamps in the middle of the pane shows a progression of white streaks starting from the left and working its way across the booklets and dwindling on the right hand booklet.  Kasmir charged $100 for this series of booklets.
