It measures at approx 10 1/2" x 7 3/4".  It is only four total pages including the front and back cover.  In overall good condition, it has a superficial marking to the bottom right corner that goes through the pages, it looks like a small spill that has hardened over time.  Please see the pictures for a closer inspection and feel free to browse through my store at the many other items for sale.
