Lingerie type wear

Nicely done, no flaws noted

Measures 12 inches from side to side.  

Side seams or side edges actually, measure 5 inches

Top edge to bottom edge, at the longest point, measures 8 and 1/2 inches

Center front, top edge to bottom edge, measures 5 inches

Put the creative spirit to work in the vintage piece of yesteryear!

Crochet cotton thread.  

Edges could be carefully sewn onto fabric, if desired

Stitches appear to be tight and intact.

The center back has a 'closure' of some thread, white, to tie the 2 edges together.  This thread is frayed and should be cut by the new owner.  Depending on how the piece is to be used will determine the next step.  A button with a loop closure may be an idea.

Does not appear to have been used, only made to be used, attached to that  special garment.  Or worn as a piece of lingerie.

Straps would be needed unless some type of attachment is used to keep the top edges in place.

Smoke free home.  No odors or contrary smells from this piece.  Appears clean.  Expectations for this to be able to be gently hand washed.
