VW MK4 GOLF JETTA 02J 108MM AXLE FLANGE OUTPUT CUP 5-SPD 1.8T VR6 GTI 02A409355H

This 108 mm output flange was carefully removed from a 2003 MK4 Volkswagen Jetta 24V VR6 with a 02J 5-speed manual transmission. This flange will fit all 02J 5-Speed manual transmissions but is specific to 1.8 Turbo and 2.8 liter VR6 models having sealed inner axle CV tri-pod joints. Part number is 02A 409 355 H (supersedes 02A409355G).

NOTE: the 2.0 liter gas and 1.9 liter TDI 02J manual transmissions use a different (100 mm) output flange with 6 ball bearing style inner CV joint.  This flange will also NOT fit on later VR6 models having the 02M 6-speed manual transmission.

Parts have been cleaned and inspected. Assembly is ready for installation.  All threads on the cup and bolt are in good functional condition. Center mount bolt is included as shown. The spring and bushing functioned when removed but are sold as-is.

NOTE: The flange has tool marks on the cast surface near one of the tapped holes. These marks do not affect the function of the assembly.
