I purchased this fine hat from George Franks many years ago, but only used it once. It never really fit into any Colonial persona that I was interpreting!

In any case, it is in almost new condition, with no stains or repairs. I take a 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 hat and it fits fine. The very slight sweat staining on the brow portion testifies to how little it was worn.

There is an adjustable liner on the inside. The brim is wide, and the dome is high. It has a black fabric border.
