Beautiful Silver Plate Dish on Pedestal Stand

The dish features a stunning and intricate Grape Vine Design.

As can be seen in the photos this item is heavily tarnished on the underside and the whole dish would benefit from cleaning

The dish measures 27 cms long x 20 cms wide and is 10 cms tall. 

It weighs 720 grams

I have been unable to find any makers marks on this item
