I'm the original owner and have always had in a case. Silver version so has a white bezel, 64GB Cellular, unlocked but I used Verizon and running 15.8.2. No chips or cracks. Battery holds about an hour charge. Black folio case included. iCloud is off and so is FindMy, you will be greeted with the Set-up screen on startup.
