The booklet entitled "Vietnam Stamps. Luxury Sheets. The President Ngo Dinh Diem. First Day of Issue." which include five face values. They were affixed on small sheets (10x14cm) with First Day Cancellation on July 7 (two values: 0đ50 and 1đ50) and November 9, 1956 (three values: 0đ20, 0đ30, 1 đ). President Ngo Dinh Diem's signatures were not autograph. They were printed. 

Warning: Postmarks were broken and/or suspicious. Anyhow, this booklet has been very rarely seen in the form of a complete booklet in any markets, inside and outside of the country.
