Keilwerth customized vintage alto made in 1959 (1960) year.

This sax is Keilwerth "New King" or "Tone King" stencil. 

Trade Mark “Jean Barre Artiste” on the bell.

I see the following features of this saxophone:

1) Pearles on the several keys.

2) Engraving on the several keys and neck.

3) New tumb hook.

4) New position for strap ring (a little lower).

5) Weight for the neck screw (metal bronze or copper, but I'm guessing it's bronze).  

Customized by Silverwood. 

Pads in good condition with rivets and cone resonators. Neck and body of horn unlacquered, keywork lacquered. There is a very small crack in the clear plastic shield (bottom left) but nothing major. Сase (possibly original) in good work condition.
