It is in decent shape, though there is some plating loss on the underside of the base plate, and one of the end caps has been lost. The TTO mechanism works, but it gets stiffer as you turn after one rotation. Perhaps some CLR could clear up the inner works?

This DE razor will still give a great shave, but is priced according to its less than perfect condition.
