I would say would be better for a size 16 to give better tummy control as I’m a 12 and these were too big and had to order smaller size ( they have been tried on but I did this over top of another pair of knickers just in case they didn’t fit as I did think visually looking they wouldn’t do much tummy control for me. Hence why I have put as size 16 even though sizing is 12/14 I suppose it depends on your own measurements I have shown pic of the measurements so please check these before purchasing as no returns / refunds can be given on underwear products.
