Vintage Corning Ware Blue Cornflower Casserole + Lid '9 Inch p-9-b' Oven Safe

This vintage Corning Ware casserole dish, probably made between 1960-1972 is in very good condition! Please see photos, as they are part of the description. Light wear marks on the exterior bottom can be seen in the photo.

Lid is marked 'A9C' and '51'. The lid is made from Pyrex glass.

While this was sold as a 9 inch casserole dish, I measure 8 in x 8 in x 2 in. The lid is domed allowing for extra space as casserole expands. The dish and lid have a non-porous surface which does not absorb odors, flavors or stains. The dish and lid have substantial weight at 3 lbs, 9 oz.

This dish is made from the patented Pyroceram material. It is:
