VINTAGE ABSTRACT BRONZE SCULPTURE
COUPLE IN EMBRACE

Available for purchase is a vintage metal sculpture that depicts a couple embracing. The subject is presented in a Mid-Century Modern (MCM) abstract style. The piece is untitled but appears to be a man consoling a woman whose head is resting on his shoulder. I believe the sculpture is made of bronze (non-magnetic) with a very dark (almost black) patina. At first, I thought it was made of wood, but it rings like metal when tapped. The sculpture measures about 7 5/8" tall, 7" wide, and 4" deep. I don't see a signature, but I found a larger example pictured online with the signature "Thomas". I purchased this sculpture at a recent estate sale.
Condition of this abstract sculpture is EXCELLENT with no visible damage. The surface has a few spots of very minor wear. Overall, this sculpture looks fantastic and displays beautifully. Please take a close look at the many photos I've provided and judge condition for yourself. I'm confident you'll be very pleased with this purchase.
