This beautifully detailed 8” x 10” oil painting was found by me recently at an art sale in my community.

The images of 2 gallon ships fighting. The ships are depicted and beautiful detail. Someone really loves painting ships and you will find other J. Harley works with Maritime battles.

There is no year on this piece and the canvas is pretty clean. I would say it’s in the last 30 years for sure. But I honestly don’t know.

What I do know is that somebody is very good at detailed painting of ships. The sky is also very very good in my opinion.

This piece is not framed, and it comes from a smoke-free home and it has no odors.
