This 5x7" acrylic painting of Sands Springs Presbyterian Church of Orwood (Water Valley), Mississippi, captures this historic building during the height of the verdant summer! This fantastic piece is a window to a bucolic time gone by!

This piece is signed on the front by the artist and dated 1993.

Condition:

This piece is in EXCELLENT condition. Both frame and piece show very few if any visible signs of use or wear. There is some light staining behind the piece, but this does not affect the display of the piece.

Returns:

I accept a no-questions-asked money back return policy granted the request is made up to 30 days after the item arrives. I refund only the purchase price of the item and, if free return shipping is offered on the listing, the full return shipping. It is your responsibility to return the item to me in the same condition it was sent to you. If the item is returned in an inferior condition as to how it was sent, a full return might not be granted. New items that come back in an inferior condition or are removed from their original packaging will not be granted a full refund.
