Terms Of Sale:

• Payment must be made at time of purchase.
• The shipping and handling charge for this item is not negotiable and non refundable.
• We mainly use USPS Priority Mail to ship to US addresses including continental states, Hawaii and Alaska.
  International Buyers Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.
  These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• For some items we ship by Fed-Ex or UPS. A signature is required for delivery for ALL products we sell.

Return Policy:

• Items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise .
• We Will Repair Or Replace Any Item That Arrives Or Becomes Defective Within 60 Days (manufacturing defect)
  
• Warranty / Defective Items: Should an item arrive or become defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 60 days from the date of purchase the item will be inspected, repaired by certified technicians, or replaced and returned to the Buyer.
  
• Simply send us an email and we will reply within 48hrs with a RMA number and return instructions.
  
• Items must be shipped to the address provided with your RMA.
  Items shipped to our office address will be reshipped to the correct return location at the Customers expense.
  
• You Must return everything that came in the original package not just what you believe is defective as we will most often replace the item in its entirety and we must return a complete product to the manufacturer for reimbursement.
  
• Shipping costs to return products are the Customer's responsibility. Shipping costs to send the item back to you is our responsibility.
  
• If you purchase an extended warranty through Square Trade the terms of their warranty will apply.
  
• Restocking fee (returned for refund) 25% of item cost excluding shipping and handling fees is charged for returned items and our original shipping/handling costs (regardless of whether or not free shipping was offered to the buyer) apply to all returns for refund.

Warranty and Customer Service:

• Accidental damage of products are not covered by manufacturers warranty
