or after purchasing may answer any questions you have. If not, feel free to
contact me! Payment: -Immediate payment is required on all purchases.
Any means of payment accepted by Ebay is valid, Including but not limited to
PayPal and Credit Card. -Customers from Kentucky, Utah, and Pennsylvania
are required to pay their respective sales tax. Shipping: -Handling time is 1 Business day, however
most orders placed before 4PM EST Monday through Friday will usually be shipped
SAME DAY. Orders requiring overnight shipping must be placed before 3PM EST for
shipment.
-Orders ship from 3 locations. The primary two being Utah and
Kentucky. The secondary being Pennsylvania. The location in which your item
ships depends on the delivery address and the current inventory.
-Shipping is primarily FedEx Ground. However, UPS, USPS, and OnTrac are also
regularly used. Upgraded shipping is available. Simply check 2 day or Standard
Overnight during checkout.
-Once your order is processed, you will be sent a detailed message
providing you with information on your order. Tracking will be available in
your purchase history within 24 hours of receiving that message.
-In the event your order cannot be fulfilled at 1 warehouse, your order will ship
separately from multiple facilities. 2 Tracking numbers will be uploaded for
these orders and you can follow both in your Ebay Purchase History. -Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is
provided. However, a sur-charge is added. You should be able to calculate this
in the shipping section of the listing. -Bad Weather and Holidays can delay
delivery times. This is unavoidable, please be considerate during these events. - I CANNOT
SHIP TO A PO BOX. Please have the correct physical address added to your eBay
profile so that I can quickly and easily get your package shipped out. -I only ship
outside the United States through the Ebay Global Shipping program. Depending
on your location, they may or may not allow you to purchase an item. I don’t
make these decisions. Ebay calculates the shipping costs and any other fees in
the shipping section of the listing. They cannot be modified as I do not
collect those costs. Stocking: -Most items are drop shipped. This means
that stock is always fluctuating and the current inventory in the listing may
not reflect the actual inventory. In the rare event an item is unavailable, you
will be notified of your options promptly after your purchase. This is a rare occurrence
but does happen on occasion. Returns/Exchanges: -There is a 30 day return/exchange
policy. Items may only be returned/exchanged if they are: A:
In Brand New Condition including the packaging, instructions, and any other
accessories included with your purchase. B:
The rare event that you were sent the incorrect item or the item you received
is damaged/defective. In the event this happens, don’t sweat it. I’ll make sure
to get you taken care of. -For situation A. the buyer will be responsible
for return shipping costs as well as a 10% restocking fee. A return label can
be purchased at a discount and return instructions will be provided. Please do
not return an item without first contacting me. It will save us both a hassle. -For situation B., you will be asked for some information. Usually
a part#, description of your issue, and a photo. Once the problem is
identified, the necessary actions will be taken to get your issue resolved as
efficiently as possible. Listings: -All items are fully described to the best of my
ability. If there are any questions or you’re confused about something. Do not
hesitate to ask! -Most photos are stock/generic photos.
This means that the photo may be of the part listed, but for another machine.
It also may display multiple items for different machines. Rest assured, you
will receive the part described in the quantity stated, for the make, model,
