This an actual measurement - not a to fit sizing. Please note the nature of the fit of the trousers as an over trouser means the body of the trouser is deeper and the crotch lower than in non overtrousers. There is stud at the ankle that allows the ankle fit to be tightened so the hem should not fall over the foot.
