This listing includes the Warm White strip length that you select from the drop down box 

above as well as the appropriate power supply to power the strip selected. 

These are equipped with 3M adhesive so it is just peel and stick. 4ft weighs about 1 ounce but if your surface is not good to stick to then you may need some tap in staples or extra glue. With the 140º light output you can mount flush under your cabinets as in the PHOTOS and get perfect coverage.
