This is a New Style Denso "Hairpin Stator" Alternator for the Chrysler and Dodge Caravan Series. This is Rated at 160A. The 13871 (421000-0011) is a Lower Amp Version, Used on the Same Vehicles. Both Units Use a 6-Groove "Decoupler - Style" Pulley.

We back up what we say by offering a 1 year warranty on our starters and alternators. International Shipping Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. UR Quality Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Return Policy Thoroughly inspect your product immediately upon receiving it. If product is damaged in shipping we must make claim immediately to recover damages so claims of shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. New returns must be approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must provide documentation of purchase of said product in order to receive new return credit. Otherwise it will be treated as a stock buy and we will award an amount we feel the merchandise is valued at to us or can return ship to you at your shipping expense. All returns must be preapproved via Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be sent freight prepaid, unless other arrangements are made. All New Returns must be sent back within 30 days and have to be new in appearance to get credit, meaning they cannot have been installed, or be scratched, dented, dirty, or abused. Warranties must include documentation of purchase as well as explanation of malfunction in order for warranty credit to be given. When shipping product back to us please package with care because if it is damaged during shipping we will assess it as a non-warrantable product. All returns require a RMA before shipping back. After the RMA is issued the customer has 30 days to return the item to our shipping address provided. If item is issued a RMA and not returned within 30 days, UQRS will not accept the return and credit will not be issued. Pictures Pictures are not always of the exact product. Sometimes an OEM picture may be used or a different color product (ie gray alternator, but black one in picture) but the purpose of the picture is to provide you with the style and specs of the product. If you aren’t sure if the pulley is included please confirm prior to purchasing. We sell pulleys as well so if the item doesn’t include pulley we likely would be able to supply pulley . If one of our products is OEM we state it as such in the part brand. We sell OEM and aftermarket products. If you aren’t sure please ask prior to purchasing. Shipping Times Please note that shipping times on Ebay are estimates. We ship from multiple locations and generally our product arrives faster than the estimated times but on occasion that wont be the case. If you need it by a specific day please confirm prior to ordering or upgrade to the next day service. If you order on a Friday at 2 pm pacific time your product will not ship until Monday. We ship our Ebay orders up until 5 pm eastern standard time. Again, if you need faster please order accordingly. We do not ship product on weekends or holidays. Fitment Please confirm fitment prior to purchasing. Some types of vehicles take different options based on specific vehicle information that only you may know (ie… manual or automatic).
