Minute hands are measured from center of mounting hole to the tip - not tip to tip.
Black metal minute hand measures 17.75" (450 mm) from center of mounting hole to the tip (see photo).
Measures 23.75" (603 mm) overall, tip to tip
Hands may be painted by buyer before assembly if custom color is desired.
